Malaplast ensures the quality and reliability of its products by strictly controlling key design and manufacturing processes and by working closely with vendors to ensure delivery of high quality products. All critical components of our products are manufactured to industry specific guidelines and the quality of our products is ensured by conducting thorough receiving, in-process and out going inspections, along with pre-production and final assembly tests.
We use the latest control and measurement equipment to ensure that quality specification;
• 3 Axis non-touch measurement; Smart Scope.
• Profile projectors.
• Co ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Pin Gauge, Block Gauge.

ISO 9001:2001
The ISO 9001 standard is an internationally recognized quality management system that places great emphasis on the quality commitment by all employees. Malaplast have been ISO certified since 1999.

ISO 14001:2004
The ISO 14001 is an international recognized environmental management system that Malaplast have been ISO certified since 2006.Malaplast operate its organization base on the objective to minimize the affected to environment and take care of the society.

Environmental Policy and European Directives
Our commitment to Quality is not only in term of product functionality but to meet internatinally approved but compliant environmental regulations also.

Furthering this commitment, we recognize the importance of delivering products that are bound for European Community markets that comply with European Community Directive 2002/95/EC ( "RoHS": Restrictions of Hazardous Substances) and European Community Directive 2002/96/EC ("WEEE": Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Specifically, RoHS calls for the elimination of the use of the following environmentally hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment placed in the market after July 1, 2006:
• Lead (Pb)
• Cadmium (Cd)
• Mercury (Hg)
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6)
• Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB)
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE)
