Mold Maintainance Center (MMC)

In order to ensure on time delivery as well as to maintain high quality production, we at malaplast depend heavily on our MMC to do the best job possible in repairing and maintain molds.

To meet this big challenge, we have a fully equipped MMC with all the necessary equipment to support our production and our customers requirement with an experienced and dedicated set of toolmakers, we constantly strive to meet the demand of the production units and our end customers.

We also maintain all changes & preventive maintain done on each and every tool, together with dimensional measurements record of mold parts during the regular maintenance cycle.
